Here's how it went for me!
This is all you need...
3 pounds of onions, cooking spray and olive oil!
Cut the ends off and peel the outer layer.
Cut them in half, then slice them thinly...
Spray the crock pot with cooking spray
and dump in the sliced onions!
Drizzle with a little olive oil. I used about 1T...

Started cooking at 7:30pm! (yeah, I didn't think that through!)
After one hour of cooking time, they've already cooked down a lot.
About 11pm they looked like this... still need time to cook more!

ReplyDeleteThe complete recipe is linked in the first of the post, but I used about 1 tablespoon or so. I think the recipe says 2 T, but I use less. I don't like a strong olive oil taste... It's up to you!
