Ham

There are hundreds of ways to cook a ham. There are thousands of glazes, rubs, sauces and seasonings out there to use on hams. My favorite way to cook a ham? The same way my Mama did... Put the thing in a pan with a little water in the bottom, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes a pound at 350 degrees... DONE!

Nothing fancy... no 15 ingredient glazes... on clove studded hams scored in never ending diamond pattern... Just a good ole southern ham, salty and falling off the bone!

Mama's Note:

"Ham is done when the bone pulls out easily. Cool. Slice very thin."
