Ok... So, if you didn't go for the Watermelon Salad, maybe you'll try this 'Quick Doughnut' recipe:
2 cans refrigerated Biscuits
2 cups 10X sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
5 to 7 tablespoons heavy cream or evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix well. Dip hot doughnuts in glaze. Cool on wire rack. Yields 20 doughnuts and 20 rounds.
