1/2 cup Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 lb. uncooked, de-veined, peeled large shrimp
6 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 cup seasoned croutons
1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix 2 tbsp of the dressing, lemon juice and pepper in large bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
Grill shrimp 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink. You can cook them in a sauté pan over medium heat, if you don’t have a grill.
Toss lettuce, croutons and remaining dressing in large serving bowl. Top with shrimp and sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
