|While the chops are frying, heat a cup of |
beef stock or both and pour in a baking dish.
|Drain the chops.|
|Add to the pan of broth.|
|Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.|
|When done, most of the both will be absorbed.|
|Seriously... fork tender!|
