The ingredients |
The pork chops have been pounded thin. |
The breading station |
Dipped in the egg wash... |
Then coated with seasoned bread crumbs. |
While the chops are frying, heat a cup of beef stock or both and pour in a baking dish. |
Drain the chops. |
Add to the pan of broth. |
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. |
When done, most of the both will be absorbed. |
Seriously... fork tender! |
