This is my second attempt to make Debi's Easter Egg Potato Salad from her blog Recipes for my Boys. I took a friend's advice and halved the eggs before dyeing them to get more color on them...
Coloring the eggs again...
Chopped the eggs...
Cubed and cooked the potatoes...
Mixed it all up... Done!
It looks a little better :-)
