My hubby came home the other day with the 'stuff' to make strawberry shortcake! Right down to the little sponge cake rounds! Yikes! He said, "I'm gonna make strawberry shortcake!" ... Where is it? All the 'stuff' is right there on the counter! I'm cutting up the strawberries before they go bad!
Now I guess I AM going to make HIS strawberry shortcake for him!
The spots that look orange are really
brown and I had to cut them out!
I wound up with about half...
Sugaring to make a sauce...
Needs more sauce...
I still can't believe he bought the
sponge cake rounds! LOL
